My Class / FIT授業内容Vol.1（by Mayuko）｜テキスタイル・ツリー

もう１０月になってしまいました。早いですね〜
NYに来てもうすぐ２カ月。
だんだん時間の流れが早くなってきて追いつかないです〜汗
Hi! I’m Mayuko.
I’m a blogger of Textile Tree.

さて今回は授業について（遅）
やっとこの記事を書くことができました〜（汗）
The theme of today’s blog is “ my classes ”.

私がとっているクラスは全部で７つ。
I take seven classes.

・ DrapingⅠ
・ Fashion Art and DesignⅡ(Fashion Illustration)
・ Intro to Jewelry Fabrication (Jewelry Design)
・ Anat Life Draw Illustration
・ Model Drawing
・ Fantasy and Science Fiction Illustration
・ Oral Present Skill (English)

ドレーピングは週に２回あって
だいたいひとつの授業が２〜３時間あります。
Draping class has two times per week.
The one class has 2~3 hour.

これはドレーピングⅠ！
This is the Draping class project.

そしてわたしたちは特別留学生なので
専攻コースは一応ファッションですが
色々なコースの授業がとれるのです。
I can take class of every course’s class because
I’m special transfer student.
But my major is Fashion Design.

これはファッションイラストレーション
(Fashion Art and DesignⅡ)のひとつめの課題。
マーケットリサーチをして
１０代から２０代女性に向けての服をデザインしました。
実際に布をもらいにいってその布のプリントを絵に描きました。
みんなの前でプレゼンしたのですがすごく緊張しました・・・（汗）
This is the project of Fashion Art and DesignⅡ.
I did the Market research and design for teen/junior.
I went to fabric store and I got some swatches and then I draw them.

This is Anat Life Draw Illustration (Life drawing) project.

日本のファッション大学にはなかなかない、
実際のモデルさんを見て書くヌードデッサン。
もちろん私も初めてのクラスでした。
I saw the real model and draw nude in this class.
I think Japanese University doesn’t have such as class.
Of course this is the first time for me.

そんな感じで授業はもう３分の１は終わってしまいました・・・
早い！
１１月末頃になるとファイナルプロジェクトが始まるそうなので
いまから楽しみです。
Maybe it will begin final project in November.
I’m looking forward to them.

また作品ができたら載せますね。
NYはだんだん寒くなってきましたよ~
I will write the blog when I made something.
